How to get to Kells Lake Place

FROM NORTH SEATTLE: Take Hwy 2 over Stevens Pass toward Leavenworth. At Coles Corner (mile 84) turn left on State Hwy 207. Go 7 miles, past the Parkside Grocery and Headwaters Tavern. Continue across the bridge and veer for 1-1/2 miles until you see the YMCA Camp turnoff. Turn left onto North Shore Drive. We are exactly 1 mile up lake from the YMCA camp on the left hand side. The house number is 16161 North Shore Drive.

FROM SOUTH SEATTLE: It is actually faster to head north on the west side of the Cascades and take Hwy 2 over Stevens Pass to get here. However, some prefer I-90, or may be spending the day in Leavenworth before coming to Kells Lake Place. In that case: Take I-90 over Snoqualmie Pass and turn north on Hwy 97 over Blewett Pass. At "The Big Y" turn left on State Hwy 2 and go to Leavenworth. Go all the way through Leavenworth and continue west through Tumwater Canyon to Coles Corner. Turn Right on State Hwy 207 and go 7 miles, past the Parkside Grocery and Headwaters Tavern. Continue across the bridge and veer for 1-1/2 miles until you see the YMCA Camp turnoff. Turn left onto North Shore Drive. We are exactly 1 mile up lake from the YMCA camp on the left hand side. The house number is 16161 North Shore Drive.
